Be thankful.

That should be an easy thing to do but the truth is we forget. Our busy lives and routines are chalk full of complaints, worries and delays.

Are you taking the time to enjoy the moment?

I’ve learned over the last couple of years with all the crazy events that have occurred in mine and my husbands life to stop once and awhile and just be in the moment. That’s what gardening does for me….

It’s called dirt therapy.

This Thanksgiving take time to get re-acquainted with Mother Nature. Listen for the crunch of leaves under your feet, smell the earthy scents of crisp autumn air, stop and take in the colorful masterpiece of the landscape.

And be thankful that you can.

 Happy Thanksgiving!
